Using the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our work, contact us, and support our mission. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Submit false information, spam, or content that is abusive, threatening, or infringes anyone’s rights
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its accounts, or its systems, or interfere with its security or operation

Donations
- Online donations are processed by our donation platform, Zeffy. Zeffy’s own terms apply to the payment process, and Zeffy may offer you the option to leave a voluntary contribution to support its platform. That contribution is optional and goes to Zeffy, not to Created in His Image.
- Created in His Image is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor about your own situation.
- Monthly gifts continue until you cancel them. You can cancel a recurring gift through the link in your Zeffy receipt or by contacting us.
- If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review your request.
- We use donations to carry out our charitable mission. We may direct gifts where the need is greatest so that our programs can continue serving the children and women in our care.
Our content and photographs
The text, logos, photographs, and other materials on the Website belong to Created in His Image or are used with permission. Many photographs show the children, women, and families we serve. Out of respect for their privacy and dignity, you may not copy, download for reuse, modify, or publish these photographs without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with credit to Created in His Image.
Messages and accounts
If you send us a message or create an account, you agree that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share.
Links to other websites
The Website links to services and sites we do not control, including Zeffy, PayPal, Venmo, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
